Visiting Family Part Two

Wedensday most everyone went to the Airplane museum in Hillsboro. After three nights of staying up past his bedtime and early mornings, Jonathan was showing his age. So the decision was made that I would stay home with the two littlest ones for a day of rest. It was nice to get everyone caught up on sleep. Here are some pictures of what everyone else did at the museum. After the museum Christiana and Hunter headed down to Grandma's for a cousin sleep-over. The kids had tons of fun, and I think Grandma & Grandpa survived.

Thursday everyone came up to our house and we just hung out. Then that evening Taylor watched all the kids (except Jade) and we went out to dinner. It was nice to visit without any kids pulling on us. We also tried out some new food with Jade. I gave her a little bit of my garlic mashed potatoes. Oh the face she made. Then Halli suggested a Lemon. We got the camera out to get her reaction, I mean, if she pulls faces with potatoes we couldn't wait to see what she did for a lemon. We were GREATLY disappointed. I tried the potatoes again and she pulled a face, tried the lemon again and she opened her mouth for more. I finally just gave her the lemon to suck on while we finished our dinner.

Friday was Andy's other brother, Sam's birthday. We all met at Dan and Nancy's for a BBQ. Sam came up with his girlfriend Stephanie and her daughter McKenzie (I think that's how you spell it) who is between Taylor's and Carter's age. The kids enjoyed playing with everyone.

Saturday we all went out to breakfast (except Dan who had to go to work) and then dropped off Dave, Halli, and kids at the airport. It was a WONDERFUL visit with them.

Hey you!! I love your blog! I can't believe how long Christiana's hair is getting. Your hair is long too. Jade looks so much like Hunter to me, (in the picture with the lemon.) You are all so beautiful!
