Okay, so things might be settling down now so I will be starting to blog again. I'm sorry, but I'm not even going to try and back track what has happened over the past three weeks. The jest of it is that the computer nook took longer than expected (actually still not done, but it is now functional) and we are still unpacking (big shock). The kids are adjusting pretty well (especially now that the toys finally got unpacked (like yesterday)). Christiana is enjoying her new school and actually received an award today for cooperation. I am currently working on the girl's room right now, but I've finished the boys room and have pics.
Okay, so notice the PINK walls...and yes, that one part is BLACK!!!!! That would be TWO coats of primer (on the whole thing, not just the black) before the painting could even start. Hunter helped just that little bit as he was not in painting clothes.
And now the finished product!!
What you may or may not notice at the time of the pics the curtains had not been hung on the correct rod they are just sitting there (still haven't but now I have the rod to do it) and there is a car rug on the floor. Its one of those play rugs from Home Depot that has a road and stuff on it to drive your cars on. I think it turned out pretty good (if I do say so myself).

Cute, cute, cute! We just bought a house ourselves...came complete with 70's wallpaper and everything! We've put MANY hours into it...and it's finally looking like 'home.' It's nice to see you're going through a similar thing now! :) Keep posting before and after pics!
