Okay, so my nephew says my posts get a little long, which I agree. So I will work to keep this one really short. All I have to say is when your mortgage broker is paying the fees to extend the interest lock, it is amazing how quickly things come together. We were thinking we'd sign maybe Friday but most likely Monday on the house, but I got a call and we are signing in just over an hour!!!!
I guess we know who's money talks the loudest. *laughing*
P.S. Dave was that short enough???
