A Note From the Tooth Fairy

I mentioned earlier that Christiana lost her "permament" baby tooth earlier this week. She put it under her tooth and all was well the Tooth Fairy came and left her $1. Well, on Friday or Saturday she lost another one so she excitedly put the tooth under her pillow. When she woke up on Saturday (or Sunday, neither Andy or I can remember when she lost it).....her tooth was still in the bag. As this has happened before she knew that the tooth fairy just didn't get to her and happily put her tooth back under her pillow. By Monday morning when she woke up and checked under her pillow, and once again the tooth fairy hadn't come, she was so upset, understandably. So I told her when she got home from school she could make a sign to REMIND the TOOTH FAIRY to come and get her tooth. That made her happy and off she went to school. So when she got home from school I asked if she wanted to make the sign, and she responded that she would rather play. When I was tucking her in last night, she was a little worried about that fact she had forgotten to make a sign, but I assured her all would be okay. So when she woke up this morning she looked under the pillow.......and the Tooth Fairy had COME!!!!!!!!!!! Not only had the tooth fairy come, but she had left a NOTE!!!!! Christiana was SO excited, not only did she have a note from the tooth fairy, but the tooth fairy knew her name!!!! The note said:

Dear Christiana,
I'm sorry it took me a while to get to you. There have been a lot of teeth falling out lately. Thank you for letting me take your tooth. Here is a little extra money for your patience.

The Tooth Fairy

So instead of the ususal dollar, she got $1.50. She was quite excited about the money AND the note!
