Sleep is SOOO Over-Rated

So Andy left for Texas early Sunday morning. And so far, it has been really crazy without him. I was called Saturday late afternoon, that I was the only one in the ward that could play piano that would be at church tomorrow. So that meant I was playing the organ for Sacrament, the piano for the ward choir and for primary. Not a big deal, except that my husband wasn't going to be at church to watch my 4 kids. And then after church I had choir practice (though that ended up not happening) and a Primary PRes. meeting. So a nice low key day. Thankfully Corrine watched my kids during Sacrament and the choir singing, or things would have been even more distracting!!! Then after church my wonderful in-laws came up and watched my kids so I didn't have to drag them to a presidency meeting during their dinner time!!
When I got home with the help of my in-laws I got my kids to bed and then I went to bed. I fell asleep about 10:30 thinking I'd get a good night sleep, boy was I wrong!!!! I was woken up between every 30 and 45 min by either Jade or Jonathan, with a Hunter and a Christiana thrown in there once. This lasted until 3 am when Jade decided to be really fussy. That lasted until about 4:30 when I finally got her back to sleep. (BTW I'm not exaggerating about the 30-45 min there were several hours I saw twice). I then was able to sleep until almost 7, minus the one time I woke up because I was cold (I didn't look at the clock to see what time it was) and had to pull up the blanket. Need less to say, I'm kinda tired this morning. My kids never have nights like that, and Jade hasn't had a night like that in quite a while! I'm out of practice.
The real question is will Jade take a nap at the same time as Jonathan so I can take one too......stay tuned to find out!
