Andy and I had one of the best dates we've had in a long time last night. We went to dinner, a concert, ran into some friends at the concert, and had them over where we had eggnog milkshakes and played games. We didn't get to bed until after 1 am. Unfortunitly I was woken up at 2:30 by Hunter. Thankfully because everyone has been sick so much this past week and a half my first reaction was to grab my garbage can. It barely made it up to his mouth before he lost it all.
It is always sad when your kids are sick, but today/last night is the worst. Today was suppose to be his birthday party. He is taking it pretty well, I mean he gets to drink soda and watch movies in his room so its maybe a 60/40 loss. However, his cake I'm not sure what to do with. I don't think it will last (without drying out) until next Saturday. It is too big to put in the freezer, but I really don't want to have to make ANOTHER cake when we are already going to have three cakes in three weeks.
*Sigh* What to do, what to do?
