Primary Talent Show

I was in charge of the quarterly Primary activity this quarter. When I was down visiting my nieces they were talking about a talent show they had done as a Primary. I figured if they are still talking about it, it must have been a good idea. So I set up a talent show for our activity. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the weekend we reserved the church was Memorial Day weekend, so we didn't have the turn out that I had hoped for, but it was still very fun. We had it all: piano, singing, gymnastics, hoping, arm twisting, face making, bike riding, lipsincing, pictures, and the wheelbarrow. Our Primary President even taught us some step aerobics! Here are some pictures of our talented children.

Here are all the participants taking a final bow and getting their participation ribbons.

GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

These are always so fun...kids playing the kazoo, making farting noises with their armpits, cartwheels and cute stuff like that. Good job, Carrie!

Primary talent shows are always fun. We did one last year with our primary and the kids loved it. The bonus is that it is a fairly easy activity to run!!
PS...I left a reply to your comment about the books for Christiana on my post. Instead of rewriting it here, I'll just let you go back over there. Thx!

What a great idea!! I am so mentioning this to our Primary Pres. Kids LOVE stuff like that. I am so jealous of your cake graduation! I have no real skills there, and I wish you lived closer, I bet you are a fun piano teacher!
