The Stress Mess

So the house has become this huge stomach twisting stress in my life. We got chosen for a random audit, so we are waiting for the IRS to send back whatever it is they asked for. At least that is my understanding. So we were suppose to sign last Thursday and take possestion today at four. That gave me four days to get the house ready (paint/clean) and box up all of our stuff. But we are still waiting on the IRS, so we can't sign the papers. The problem is we are moving on Saturday...... we don't know where.....but we are moving. We are praying that even if EVERYTHING goes wrong, the sellers will give us the benefit and let us still move in, as this is not our fault. Both Andy and I have prayed and fasted about this and we know everything will work out, but the not knowing when or how is killing me.

Good news: The van is fixed.....sorta. So the serpentine belt came off like I said for the second time. My FIL came up and he and Andy got it back on, but couldn't find what was causing it to come off. Then Andy's brother Sam came up and he is a mechanic and HE couldn't find anything that would cause the belt to come off. So we wait and see if it will happen again.

More good news: Jade just turned 4 months yesterday. She is getting SO big. I took her to the doctor today and she is 15 pounds 2 ounces and 2 feet 1 inch long. That puts her above the 75th percentile for both height and weight. Which also puts Christiana as the smallest of our babies, as she sat on teh 50th percentile until she was 18 months. She is such a little cutie!!! We have gotten her to laugh, but it is tough. You do something to make her laugh, and she does but you can't get her to do it again. You can do the EXACT same thing again 5 minutes later and she'll smile at you, but no laugh. Its really frustrating, cause I sure like to hear that laugh. But we never know when she will do it, for how long, and if she'll do it again. Ah, the joys of parenthood!

So just as a heads up, if I don't post for a few days, it is because we got possesion (or sellers are letting us in) and I am working on the move stuff 24/7.
