As I've been posting about my cake class (which is on Wed this week so expect pics on Thursday), my dear niece has introduced me to a wonderful cake website Cake Wrecks. This website is quite funny. It shows the monstrosities that PROFESSIONAL (as in they get paid) cake decorators make and try pawn off on the unsuspecting public, and let me tell you there are some INTERESTING looking cakes out there. So if you are ever in the need of a good laugh, check out the website I have it linked under my "good reads".
