Redemption

So I know I said I'd blog about Easter, but I can't find my camera right now. But I just thought I'd let you know how the fireside went last night. I got a ride with a friend who was going early so I could find my music, tape it together, and practice. Well, I got there early and was able to get a little bit of practicing done before the choirs who wanted to practice before they performed kicked me out, but I forgot the tape. So I called and had Andy bring it with him.
So our choir was second and then came the duet. It went GREAT!!! Was it perfect, no but it was right up there with the best that I'd been able to play that song. I felt redeemed, too bad our ward wasn't there to see that I really could play that song. But I, at least, feel better about it. And now when people come up and tell me I did a good job, I can believe them. (sorry Kevin.)
